Completed 23 Hours 54 Minutes 3 Peaks Challenge for War Child Charity

2nd May 2017

£3400 Raised for War Child

'Kombat Klimbers' National Three Peaks 24 Hour Challenge!!

Kombat Klimbers is a team initiated by Kombatkids parent Ghazanfar Iqbal. Ghaz has been joined by Chief Instructor Steve Moore, Instructors Paul Cicarella and Ricky Evans along with three other Kombatkids parents Dharmesh Patel, Richard Allerton and Kevin Ramsey.
Big thank you to Kombatkid parent Jon Uppal who volunteered to share the driving with Selina between the Peaks.

Kombat Klimbers  set the challenge of climbing Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowden (1,085m) in 24 hours on the 6th May 2017 for the worthy charity 'War Child' because War destroys children's lives.

War Child protects children from the brutal effects of war and helps to rebuild their lives. They are on the ground in some of the world’s most dangerous countries – providing life-changing support for the most vulnerable children whose homes, families and communities are torn apart by conflict.

We have raised a Fantastic £3400 for the War Child Charity, a huge thank you to all of the supporters, and people who have donated so generously it is much appreciated.
