Uraken uchi - Back Fist Strike

Furiken Uchi - Hook Punch
Nido Zuki Jodan and chudan

Tsuki with Tai No Ido
Jodan Uke – Head Block – Gyakuzuki
Soto Uke – Outer Block – Gyakuzuki

Sport Karate Techniques

All of the following drills and techniques to be performed with a partner or as a Kata
Footwork Drill with hand techniques as a Kata 1 to 9

5 Fundamental Hand techniques as a kata 1 to 5

3 Sectional Drill to be performed as a Kata and with a partner 

Pad work Drill with a partner  - All 3 sections

Kumite Drill techniques 1 to 8

Kihon Kumite 

Kata (Form) Must be performed correctly to dojo standard to include Timing, Zanshin and accurate presentation. 5 Pinan Katas

Ji Yu Kumite (Free Fighting) - All students must be wearing a full sparring kit comprising of Mitts, Boots, mouth guard, (must be a Red or Blue traditional sparring kit)
